Shipping Times: Regular shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days for delivery from the date of purchase. Expedited shipping takes about 2-3 business days for delivery from the date of purchase. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and other factors beyond our control.
Order Processing: We process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days after we receive your order. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Tracking: We provide a tracking number for all orders once they are shipped. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order is shipped.
International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within the United States.
Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet our delivery times, there may be instances where delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you immediately if there is any delay in the delivery of your order and will work with you to resolve the issue.
