Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any items.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- We do not accept returns on items that were on sale or final sale.
- To initiate a return, please email us at AkannaFashion@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return label and instructions for returning the item(s).
- We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or lost packages during the return transit. Please contact the shipping company to file a claim.
- Original shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable if you are returning an item for a refund.
- We will issue a refund or exchange for the returned items which in good condition, unwashed, and unstained. Damage or stain caused by customers may result in a partial refund of up to 50% of the total payment.
- Please note that there is a fee of $9.99 USD for each return label used if we issue one. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount or charged when processing an exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy requirements.
If the item(s) meet our requirements, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item(s) and place a new order for the item(s) you wish to receive.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at AkannaFashion@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item.
We will provide you with a return label and instructions for returning the item(s) for a full refund or replacement.
